Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, SpaFinder Certificates, cash and personal checks as payment for services rendered at Orchid Day Spa.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available at the front desk. They are available in dollar amounts, select services, or for our spa packages and can be used up to one year from date of purchase. We accept phone orders and mail orders, where the gift certificate(s) may be picked up or mailed directly to the recipient.
Consultations
All spa consultations are complimentary.
Return Policy
No refunds or exchanges on products or services. Gift certificates are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Cancellations/Changes
Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change any scheduled service. Please be advised that we may charge a fee for two or more services scheduled.
